Subtle Boujee Return Policy
At Subtle Boujee, we want you to love every piece you order. We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, so we’re happy to offer returns under the following guidelines:
Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only on new, unworn items with original tags attached.

Items must be in their original condition, free from wear, odors, or damage.

Final sale items, vintage items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

To start a return, please email tiffany@subtleboujee.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package makes it safely back to us.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (minus any shipping costs).

Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.
Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for the item you’d like instead.
