• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options & Delivery

• Shipping speed is selected at checkout, allowing you to choose the option that best fits your needs.

• Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Once an order is scanned as “Delivered” by the carrier, Subtle Boujee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

• If your package is missing after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
